Great customer service and great product! I ordered 2 bean bag chairs and only one arrived. I contacted customer service and they responded the same day and reached out to the shipping provider for information about my order. I received a second message from them confirming the missing chair would be delivered the next day. The chairs are great quality, the fabric exceeded my expectations.
