Not only are these beautiful and Canadian made, the entire experience of purchasing and customer service is next level. I ordered the wrong size and as it was a time sensitive gift, wrote back and asked about exchanges. The new bean bag was delivered less than 48hours later and everyone was so kind and helpful (As a side note, I actually decided to keep the smaller bean bag chair as a gift for someone else because it was just so cute). Would totally buy again. Thank you to the team

I bought a bean bag chair 5 years ago and couldn't open the zipper because it requires a special key to open it. I didn't use it much but now I want to bring it to the trailer for extra sitting. I contacted customer support by email and their responded right away. They sent me the special key so now I can remove the cover to clean it. Received exceptional service even after 5 years! Thank you

We bought a bean bag chair for our grand daughter for Christmas. She is in a wheelchair and unable to sit on the couch by herself. She loves this chair and it is so comfy for her to sit in as it props her up in the right spots! Unfortunately we noticed some tears in the fabric at the seams in two places in just under a month of use. I contacted customer service and in less than 30 min the issue was resolved as they mailed us out a new cover. Such awesome service!
