RecommendedOrdered my very first Bariatric Box in February 2, did not receive my order until March 8, I called & inquiried as to why & I was told they are just really busy, when it came. The package was all beat up. Well I opened it & there was very little in the box. I think there was 1 sample size quest chips, 3-8 oz bottles of Nestle water & 2 flavoring packs. I signed up for the Welcome To The Loser's Bench subscription in August just before I had surgery. I received my initial package on September 6th. Ten days later, my subscription renewed. It is now October 20th and have yet to receive the second shipment I paid for. I have sent multiple emails and have not yet received a response. I want my $70.00 back.
I ordered the My Bariatric Box Welcome to the losers bench, I cancelled the subscription so I was not charged a second time. However, My second of three boxes did not ever get delivered. I have spent over a week calling the number and sending emails and Facebook messages, with no response. I am very unhappy with how this situation has been handled, and I am hoping it is resolved soon.
