Do not come here! I’ve always done shared branching for years here with this credit union until the other day I was turned away for no reason. The teller working the drive thru had no empathy and no customer service skills and should be working cleaning the bathrooms at a gas station than here. Worst service ever!! I felt discriminated against from this lazy worker! The option is to always find an answer and come to a conclusion and none of that was done!!! Horrible horrible branch!
Something has definitely changed at the bank. Calling in, I wait we'll over 30 minutes just to speak to someone. I was had a issue and ask the rep to transfer me to a manager, she falt out refused. She said she'd discuss the matter with management and call me back. Never heard from her. When I called back to ask for the manager, she refused again. I asked for the managers name. She quickly said it and hung up! I was able to get in touch using the directory.
