Attentive listening, massage and advice
I somehow managed to strain muscles in my lower back, and the pain was so severe I had to book a 7:45pm visit. Let me tell you, in one session, I felt like a new person. I didn't think it would last but the pain is essentially gone even by the next day! Summer was the massage therapist I booked with, and she recommended cupping, which was a technique I was not familiar with, but it worked wonders! My relaxation massages with Lisa are great! She's kind, compassionate, and accommodating to your needs. She's very knowledgeable about the body and different healing modalities as well. She's someone I trust with my healing journey! Not to mention, she's the sweetest!
