Hi! I had a session with Simon that focused on mobility issues I was having. He had immediate comprehension of my issues, concerns, descriptions and goals. Simon is SUPER knowledgeable about his craft. Very intelligent. Anyhow, he worked a lot of range of motion tests and did some very intense (for me) pressure to free up and activate the areas. Best massage and osteopathy in Montreal ! I highly recommend My Alignment! 🥇 Vincent, the owner of My Alignment, has been my osteopath and massage therapist for over 3 years now. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and very skilled at his craft. The 90 minute sessions that combine osteopathy and massage are a great option as it is the best of both worlds. Fantastic experience all around ! 🤩
The ambiance at My Alignment helps you relax and ease into a treatment. The owner and staff are kind, professional and know how to get to the root of your issue. I've been coming here for years to get treatments. They listen to you, they give you added pointers or exercises to help you work on the issue.
