It used to be be people stood up for what they promissed, But that has changed, I have been a client since my old Cpa retired a few years ago and Charles was great, I fear that the new generation is not. I migrated my quickbooks over to be online and although that is not what I wanted, quickbooks made it so thats really what I had to do.
