Dr G makes you feel very comfortable and really spends the time to explain things in layman's terms. I highly recommend them. Thorough evaluations, very knowledgable, and all the compliments in the gym dont hurt either. If you really are serous about your health and your body tone & wanna lose weight then i would definitely go with them.
