They just take your money and do nothing we need to sue them,they took 7k and did nothing
We hired Timeshare Compliance & McCroskey Legal (currently MXM Legal) in Dec. 2019. According to the document we received in the beginning it stated that “We will take steps to update our contact information on your account with the Developer and we will intercept the correspondence on your behalf. Our Legal Team is experienced in interpreting the correspondence and notices sent by the Developer and/or the collection firms. This company takes your money and NEVER follows up . Over 3 1/2 years ago, several thousand dollars were paid with a promise, our timeshare resolution would be resolved within a year. I have called over 50 times to get a message that they are with a client or on the other line. My phone call has never been returned. After emailing many times, on occasion I have received an email stating they are working on the resolution. This company should not be allowed to stay open. DO NOT give this company your money.
0 stars! Have to press one star to get this to post. Awful experience! They did nothing. So glad to be free of them. A couple cease and desist letters cost $950. They refuse to refund it.
I have also been taken as a sucker. Walter Gard if that is his name stated after multiple calls that they were very capable and would get me out of the time share. Now its been over 5 months, no letter sent , no response now for 2 weeks, they have dropped me with no follow up. They have handed me over now to 2 people first a lady then a guy called Juan Vazquez and still no response. They took my money and now they are ghosting me!!! BBB will be getting a complaint from me and now I have to deal with a corrupt time share comp... read more
