I called MXM this morning for a last minute alteration to a dress and I had it back within an hour! I was so stressed and MXM lifted a weight off my shoulders. The salon was beautiful, I was well looked after and the work was well priced - I'll be back for sure!
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. 3 days out from my wedding (over a week late from the agreed time), after i picked up my dress from MXM Couture i had to take my dress ELSEWHERE to get fixed. Wonky zigzag hacked hem, uneven neckline, found 5 pins AND a needle and thread, plus a bunch of scraps from other peoples dresses in my train. And I paid for this and it was considered 'finished'. I have no words to describe my wedding dress, absolutely exceptional and the finest quality. I was so glad to found the incredibly talented ladies at MXM Couture.
