We had received a quote and a confirmation from them about a downstairs bathroom repair. They had told us they were booked out several months which we agreed was fine. When we contacted them later to discuss when they were going to do the repair they said they had had a software error and were unable to rectify it and were unable to take on any new business. Initial contact was great. We were told we were on their schedule for a kitchen remodel this January. After a couple of meetings in the summer/fall we were still assured that the project would begin in January. We were prepared with appliances, drawings, and ideas by this time. Then, we were ghosted by them for several months and now have heard absolutely nothing after several phone calls and texts. They took a deposit from us and I sure hope they refund it.
