We had to do the last minute property transfer traction as our closing date was within a week Marc made it happened. He stayed late to communicate with us and made sure we understood and very kind and professional. We are very pleased and impressed by how he coordinate to all parties and get the job done . We didn't have the insurance company and didn't realize until the closing day he refer one and request to expedite the service for us . He worked until last minute to finish the deal on time .
