I had a very disappointing experience at MVR CASH & CARRY yesterday. After shopping, I realized that I was charged twice for one item worth $52.49. When I went back and complained to the supervisor, Dominic, he admitted it was a mistake and refunded the money. The problem is this is NOT the first time this has happened to me at this store. Bought 2 freezer here, Sameer was great to deal with, he gave us the best price around, the freezers are working flawlessly.
Prices are noticeably higher than other cash & carry stores, and charging a membership fee doesn’t feel justified—you’re not Costco.the staff are friendly and helpful, which is a positive
