The staff is kind, polite and professional. They actually listen to their patients and make adjustments to the treatment plan based on the feedback they get from their patients.
Thankfully I have never needed to see a Physical Therapist before, but my time had come and I found myself at this Barneveld office. From the first phone call to the front desk with Shannon and Christine and the excellent guidance from Jim, Mary and Mitch, I felt I was always in good hands and they had my back ..but in this case my knee :) Each therapist had valuable input and I learned something from each one. Out of all the PT specialists I’ve seen between military, VA and civilian side, MVPT in Barneveld is by far the best I’ve gone to. James (Jim), Mary and Mitch will drive and push you each session all while making sure you aren’t over doing it or hurting yourself. I found out more about my issues day one than in the last 7 years dealing with VA. If you’re a Vet, first responder or you just plainly mess yourself up I 110% recommend MVPT.
