Called to be picked back up. No pick up after 45mins. Called back for them to tell me they forgot to call the driver and inform them to do a pick up. 2 hours waiting and now they wont answer the phone. Bad communication and no sense of urgency.

I have used them a bunch of times. They were always very professional, always got me to my appts early. Always felt very safe and never felt scared just a personalable bunch of drivers.

I used this transport service a few time going back and forth to lake city and Jacksonville. They always got me to doctors on time and pick me up to take me home. The staff is friendly. I find them more reliable compared to other companies I used.

The driver doesn’t introduce themselves nor exit the vehicle to help the disabled or elderly person to enter or exit the vehicle nor offered to help, the driver also utilized their cell phone and laptop while driving swerving on and off the road at times.
