Marquilla is amazing.
We’ve used MVP on multiple occasions for my disabled brother’s transportation from his facility in Mayo to Lake City/Gainesville for appointments and they have always been punctual. We’ve gotten Marquilla on a few routes and she’s turned into one of his and our favorites. She is always so kind and helpful with whatever concerns we may have as my brother does have a speech impediment and can’t fully communicate.
Called twice, texted the information, no response after a few days. Called again to check the status for the service and it was like I never called. They have no clue about my previous calls and texts. The lady on the phone said, ok give me your number and we will call you, text you or whatever never got a response 2 days before the procedure.
