Very nice group of professionals. Went because of a problem with my knees and they gave me exercises and a plan to stick to and now I’m thriving! Really recommend it 🥰
If you’re dealing with injuries and want to get back to full strength, Dayne at MVP is the guy. I’ve been seeing him for a while now and can’t recommend him enough. He’s extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and has helped me recover from knee, calf, and lower-back issues while building strength and confidence again.

I've been seeing Dayne for awhile now at MVP, can't recommend him enough. Super knowledgable and an all round great guy. I've had a couple of injuries around the knees which are now almost fully resolved thanks to the personalised workout plans Dayne created, would highly recommend!
I highly recommend this place for physio and remedial massage. The team are knowledgeable and care about the progress of their clients.
