I've been seeing Dayne for awhile now at MVP, can't recommend him enough. Super knowledgable and an all round great guy. I've had a couple of injuries around the knees which are now almost fully resolved thanks to the personalised workout plans Dayne created, would highly recommend!
I highly recommend this place for physio and remedial massage. The team are knowledgeable and care about the progress of their clients.
Anna is a magician! I’ve been getting regular massages for a couple of months now and she has released so much tension from my neck and shoulders. As an office worker I thought having a sore neck was just part of life but after our first session I felt like a new woman! I’m even sleeping better now and recovering faster so I can keep training consistently. Between her and Dayne my body has never felt better, honestly can’t recommend MVP enough!
I was recommended Dayne at MVP by my personal trainer for a knee problem. Dayne did a comprehensive examination and pinpointed the issue straight away, his program of strengthening exercises were excellent along with his wealth of experience produced quick results. He’s so friendly and positive and with his wide range of expertise; Pins, massage, chiropractor, exercise management, I just see him whenever I have any pains or strains. Dayne always sorts me out. The best Physio I’ve ever had, hands down! Highly recommend.
These guys came highly recommended & they have exceeded my expectations. Dayne has been treating me for a stiff back & sprained ankle which have both now fully recovered. The staff a friendly & professional. Highly recommended!
