Dr. Almon has been a miracle worker. For years, I have seen physicians, medical specialists, chiropractors and physiotherapists, with no long-lasting results. Dr. Jeff is the guy to see if you’re struggling with some injuries that keep you from performing the way you’re used to in all your sports! I’ve seen him at different occasions for different types of injuries and each time within a few sessions i was back to full strength in my training!

Jeff is the best chiro I’ve even seen in 35 years. Great, lasting adjustments, friendly, congenial, smart and thorough. I have trouble with my first rib, generally a difficult adjustment, and he nails it every time. No repeated cranking on things, no rebound tension, no mumbo jumbo. Dude it the real deal.
Adrian is a wizard in his craft. He knows what he’s doing and is able to isolate the issues and determine the probable causes with the various tests that he performs. He’s also great at listening to his patients! Adrian will provide you with a number of exercises you can continue to do at home, and he’ll even offer to record them on your phone so that you don’t forget how to do them. Highly recommend.
