I’ve been seeing Maria since 2022 to help with postpartum a separation. Maria is a warm, caring person who always puts your needs first. She helped me with my ab separation through Pilates but also helped me with tight hamstrings through massage. If I could give Maria more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend her.
I've been seeing Maria for more than a decade now and the needs I've had over that time have ranged from strength to prenatal and now ongoing abdominal issues following the birth of my children. Maria is a highly skilled, reliable and very professional individual whose input can make significant improvements to one’s quality of life. She is very thorough and takes the time to understand your specific problem and puts in a lot of thought on how to overcome it. Maria provides a level of care and expertise that I haven’t experienced before. After a serious injury requiring an artificial disc replacement, I had given up on regaining my mobility. Then I visited Maria’s studio. It’s not easy, but I cannot recommend Maria enough!
