I don’t usually write reviews like this, but my experience with MVA today weighed heavy on me. I reached out for help and was met with rudeness, and even hung up on. I could feel the bitterness through the phone. It reminded me how important kindness truly is—because we all have hard days, but how we treat others still matters. I walked in around 4:15 but they refused the service saying appointment only. I asked about the walk in policy and they said only when it slow then they would take walk in

Appointment system is not flexible enough. Additionally I am looking at 2 people at the customer information desk conversing (at least 10 minutes) amongst one another but they are too busy to accommodate early arrivals. It was one of them that told me there was nothing they could do to see me earlier. Update: here I am 20 minutes before my appointment looking at the display screen and seeing walk ins get called before me.
