They move pretty fast, went to drop off tags only to realize they have a drop off on the outside.
What a shame, there are people out there more deserving for employment than the horrendous people working in customer support at this branch. I was just shouted at by a woman on the phone named Vordie Evans asking if I understood what the word 'cannot' means. Clearly, I don't speak English after speaking to her for the last 5 minutes and clearly, she has a massive chip on her shoulder if she thinks that's an acceptable way to speak to people. I had a very good experience getting a title change. I made an appointment and was able to check in 20 minutes early. I was helped pretty much on time. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and efficient. I’m doing only four stars because they wouldn’t let me do a walk in earlier than my appointment time since I was there early so I wish the system was a little more flexible.
