On 05/16/25 been 3:45 and 4:15 driver in vehicle number M-2024 4 was cutting people off driving while on his phone crossing 3 lanes within 100 ft from the intersection for a turn lane. Then was attempting to blame other drivers… glad neither me or one of my loved ones are in his care… SMH
