They are always hiring because it’s a horrible place to work and they treat the drivers like they are replaceable! Which is why they are constantly hiring, they will let you go and replace swiftly. The training is a joke, they rush you through and put you out there to figure it out. And would you believe they say don’t back up in the bus, then send you to situations where you have no choice but to back up.
