The dispatch staffs phone skills and customer service is horrible !!! However the driver found us where I said Lorimer and Boerum street. ! Driver 5405 was on point humble and accommodating to my 93 year old mother!! And made the pick up smooth !
I don't know about caring pleople,but it's a great place to work.
