MŪV OKC was founded by Dr. Kyle Womack to bridge the gap between the healthcare system and the gym. We focus on helping CrossFit, fitness, weightlifting, running, and endurance athletes continue their training without pain or need for unnecessary medications or surgeries. We help to improve any movement related issue you may be having so you can get you back to your activities fast, and come back better than before! We want people to have freedom of movement to live a high performance, pain-free lifestyle.

Been going to Dr Metcalf for the better part of 6 months and I can’t say enough good things about him. I’m a CrossFit athlete, typical lower back problems, but after visiting Dr Metcalf and understanding movements, mobility, breathing etc, Dr Metcalf has essentially helped me become pain free. I couldn’t have ask for a better dr to help with my CrossFit/health journey. Give him a call, you won’t be disappointed

I love working with Dr. Shae. She is so open and listens to all my complaints. She had my shoulder pain free within 2 sessions. She also gives homework with consideration to my life/job.

I’ve worked with Dr. Sharbutt individually and have been extremely blessed to not only have what feels like an entire new T-spine, but better understanding of how to prepare, lift, and continue to develop my range of motion overhead. I started working with Shaelyn during my pregnancy focusing on pelvic floor. She taught me so much when it came to breathing properly during workouts and also preparing me for birth. The knowledge she taught me for birthing my baby allowed me to push my baby out in 6 contractions. In 22 minutes my baby was born. My OB and L&D nurses were amazed with the knowledge I had going into birth, and knowing how to push and breathe simultaneously. I've always identified as a runner, but the debilitating hip pain I had been experiencing forced to me to hang up my running shoes. I had seen a traditional PT and they were able to alleviate the pain I was experiencing on a daily basis, but the pain would come right back if I tried to do a running or squat focused workout. By my third session with Dr. Shae (and doing the prescribed work outside of our sessions), I ran a distance I hadn't been able to touch in years - and I did it pain free!
