Melanie helped me so much. I didn’t understand how the amounts worked and she spent 20 minutes explaining how the system worked. I’ve also had other members as well. Ashley has gone above and beyond. Every single employee I’ve dealt with has been exceptional. Good job folk!

The people that work here are nice. The company itself however, tends to blame customers for issues on their end. The entire system went down on Black Friday, I could not pick up my order when I arrived and they didnt tell me I had to come back the very next day or they would cancel the order. Customer support was rude and just blatantly told me that it was my fault... I don't feel like giving my money to a company like that.
I usually go to the NSB location. Went to Port Orange and the service was just astounding. James has excellent customer service. Thanks James
