My first dispensary experience was awful because of the employee Loki Ortiz. The worst part was that I was the ONLY customer in the building. He didn't want to answer any of my "basic" questions, he seemed bothered to help me, couldn't make a single recommendation...I'm over here thinking that I was going to be guided and instead I felt like I was inconveniencing him! Brianna was super nice, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She knew the product, had excellent recommendations, and knew what she had in stock. It's a far drive from work for me, but I left feeling it was totally worth it. Brianna was awesome, and the two gentlemen there were very nice, and we chatted for a few minutes. It was a great experience. I've been here a few times since last review. I don't care for the garland ave location so I go to the Colonial dispensary and one of the reasons is Seth.
