This bank has horrible customer service. I went in on a Saturday to exchange 2 $20 bills and a $10 bill for a $50 bill for my niece’s graduation. The teller looked at me and smiled and said do you have an account here? I said no. She smiled and said sorry can’t do it. I went to Santander down the street- went in and the teller said absolutely sir coming right up- and then gave me a $50 bill. Never asked me if I have an account (even though I do). Do yourself a favor and don’t bank at mutual one bank.
Tellers and manager are very friendly.
Went to the bank drove all the way from connecticut because of the lack of locations. They don't cash checks with there bank name on them unless your a customer or have an account with them. Then went to a check cashing place and they wont even verify the check info so I can cash it. This bank is useless.
I wis I could give zero. Worst bank and the manager at the Natick branch very rude!! She is the worst manager I ever met
