Went to the bank drove all the way from connecticut because of the lack of locations. They don't cash checks with there bank name on them unless your a customer or have an account with them. Then went to a check cashing place and they wont even verify the check info so I can cash it. This bank is useless.
I wis I could give zero. Worst bank and the manager at the Natick branch very rude!! She is the worst manager I ever met
The new girl Alicia Salgureo is so amazing. She is the first person to ask me if I wanted the bank to know I was making purchases out of state so I don’t have any problems when I’m there. I have been coming here for years and no one has asked me that. She even told me how I can do it online. She is so sweet and always greets me with a smile.

The bank staff are very courteous and helpful. I have used this bank for 20 years; and never had any issues. The staff are better than at the majority of banks that I have used in over 40 years.
