The bank staff are very courteous and helpful. I have used this bank for 20 years; and never had any issues. The staff are better than at the majority of banks that I have used in over 40 years.
There are a few people that are quick, helpful or as knowledgeable as this worker her name is Desiree when ever I call she’s always the one who picks up I sometimes wonder if it’s just her working there since no one else ever picks up the phone. She’s nice helps me out and gets my wires done right away she’s truly awesome worker friendly and has a sweet voice that can change your mood. I’m just here to say she’s the best any question I have always gets answered in a timely fashion and is the reason I still bank with this ban... read more
