Horrible bank. Tried to refi, nobody ever called back after multiple attempts. Trying to close the account I used after refi w/ 1st source and you have to know which bank is open, really open, not just video chat over atm machine. Video person told me the one bank in twenty miles is open on Saturday and she was wrong. Missed the actual one by minutes driving back...
Horrible experience. Wasted months of my time. Very unprofessional, did not return multiple calls and emails and eventually was completely ghosted me. I have since moved on and found a much better local bank to work with, and I would highly recommend anyone else does as well.
