Very personable and willing to help when needed.
I was a Bloombank customer before Mutual took over. My only complaint is that when it was Bloombank i would have my paycheck direct deposit available every week on Thursday evening after 7pm. Ever since Mutual took over I dont get my paycheck now until after 4am Friday morning. Other than that, i have no issues with this bank.
