Five stars but to today I received a call from northbank that I will receive a check on my mail for 86$ overpaid on June. So its was late fee for payments always made on or before time with proofs the receipts I told Ms C** for what this fee? He says i will call you later and let’s you know he never called. Before I leave i told him I will go direct to Keybank and refinance he says ok mo . I called the customer service number also they not help me. Then after thats my 2 brothers also go and refinance with Keybank for some is... read more
