If I could give this institution less than one star I would. I would give it negative stars for the ridiculousness that they have put me through. I called on December 17, 2024 because I was experiencing extreme financial hardship and needed some time to get back on my feet. I had been unemployed for a year and a half and to that date HAD NOT MISSED A PAYMENT. Working with Forrest R. Was amazing. He was very efficient, professional, knowledgeable and concise with everything. He made the unthinkable happened within a two week time frame. Closing on my house while selling the other was stressful, but Forrest made sure the process went smoothly. I couldn't be happier with my experience with him and Mutual Security Credit.
