If I could put NO stars it would be better, such a bad experience. Not at all welcoming or friendly. I went in to see if I can refinance my car, I was left with only a “No you can’t do that” very rude, and I didn’t even get a why I can refinance my car in this bank. Don’t waste your time driving to this bank, hopefully they change management and costumer service.
I had one of the best experiences in refinancing my home. This wasn’t my first refinance but surely it will be the best, fastest and seamless experience. I worked with Forrest, who not only was courteous but supportive, and kept me informed during all steps in the process. The best mortgage lender by far!
Since being a member to date, we have secured two loans with MSCU. A car loan and a home modification. The process was smooth, no complications and thorough. We took advantage on the special promotion offered. Very professional staff. Cathy Verrilli is the best!
