Ive been trying to activate my new bank card for 2 days, I cant reach a human. customer service sucks. When you google them, it gets confused with citi bank
Says drive through is open at 10 no one is there can’t deposit money without someone to be at work
I love banking with Mutual of Omaha Bank. I've been banking with them for 5 years now & I've never had any problems with them. They provide excellent customer service. Overall I've had a great relationship with them.
