Horrible company that delights in charging fees on fees on fees on paid dues they failed to process.
Customer service is HORRIBLE! I called and lady on the other was rude and very dry. Did not greet nor thank me, answered my questions with just, yes. no. idk. Worst person ever!
Terrible terrible terrible. These people are out of touch with reality. Dont call me at 8:30am. Dont schmooze talk me and fail to even listen. No banking app or digital check cashing. The lady at the desk will tell you any sort of check book for free, but her mean ole boss apparently is a big meanie and wont let her be cool. But she said all that to you, so yeah she must be cool herself lol. Also the APY is insanely low.
