For years now I have switched my TDA from NovemberRMD to January . Paperwork amass , lost paperwork, people Not knowing what they are doing , wrong information shared, 3 years running they could not find my paperwork in their system . It took calls upon calls and talking to stupid people . I stead of getting theRMD at the beginning of the month. It shows up at the end. I have called numerous times regarding a death claim and they haven't issued payment. Furthermore, they have not treated my family with dignity and compassion
Oh yeah, quick to take money, slow to return it! To money hungry to be the right attitude!
Have been attempting to transfer my funds for the last three months without luck. Have filled out their requested documents, twice! Numerous calls and no help or luck! Looking at BBB so many negative reviews! Any employer would be better off going through Edward Jones where you can reach a live person without numerous calls and more than a three month wait or numerous calls in one day that leaves you without more than three hours (and counting) stolen from your life to gain access to your funds!
