If the ATM takes your money with no recognition. You cannot CALL DIRECTLY the place where your money is and this is the 3rd day (they'll call you when the ATM tells them) It's been hours waiting no call yet .Next time get names , extensions and a copy of the DISPUTE FORM they say you're filling out. Thank you "WAITING ON MY MONEY "
I live in Texas and I will continue to bank with mutual credit union for as long as I can! They are always so helpful and polite when I call and they make me miss home. I have gone to them for 4 loans and I am always happy that I did. Mrs. Wendy on Clay helped me this time around and my goodness is she sweet! So knowledgeable about anything I needed help with concerning the loan and she got back with me the same day I called. Thank you Mrs Wendy!
