Absolutely the worst shared banking experience ever and I utilize that service often across the country. Teller seemed absolutely clueless when I mentioned shared banking yet it's printed on their street sign. I said, "I can write down my account info and we can go from there." After watching me stand in her window and write all of my account info onto scratch paper she hands me a form and said "Oh we have forms for that." Sorry to bother you, you can back to chit chatting with your co-workers.

Convenient hours, friendly staff, good location. (btw, last time I checked you need to read the terms, sign for the loan, and keep money in your account or you get charged fees. Easy. They aren't forcing anyone. Friendly advice for future customers )
