I have been a great patron here for over a year and will never step foot in this establishment again. There is horrendous customer service with their grooming department. They make you go through this app now and it only let you upload one vaccine. I get there after waiting two months for a grooming appointment, just to be turned away because the right vaccine wasn’t uploaded. It would have been great to receive a call and let me know this so I could have brought her shot records! You can pay for your services or merchandise but can’t schedule an appointment in store because of covid? What a joke!

I just love Mutts&Co Stores for my 4 Bichons. They love going there because of the way the staff treats them. I love all the natural food and treats they have to offer. Great Experience!!!!!

The staff is so attentive and friendly! And Melissa is a wonderful and patient groomer. She does a great job grooming my super curly, super anxious extra large doodle. Love this place!

Wonderful staff! Very knowledgeable and helpful whenever I come into the store. The groomers are extra special. My dog was very uncomfortable and the groomer (I wish I caught her name!) sat on the floor and took her time to make him comfortable. I could not be happier with how she went the extra mile to ensure a good visit.
