This law firm prepared all my mother's documents and charged her a pretty penny for it, and more for every update over the years. When my mother passed away, I drove 3 hours total to go get the original will. Got back home , opened the envelope, and realized that they had given me an old will, a will ten years older than her most recent will. I’am still in court going on three years.He has done absolutely nothing to help me.i was further ahead before I hired him.He has done everything to ruin my life while my children are be alienated.He is very crooked.I have his emails here which prove he tried to have my court case put over every time abd used anything to stop court from going forward.He works with the other lawyers to go against you.this person that calls himself a lawyer is a mutt.i have recording nd all the proof that shows what he is but the board of lawye... read more

I wouldn't recommend Marc Charrier as a lawyer especially if you are using a certificate from legal aid. He doesn't care about the families he effects. It would be interesting to know the outcomes of all the certificate cases he represented that social services were involved in. I believe if Marc were to be investigated thoroughly it would be revealed he helps to procure children for the system. Beware of this lawyer. Beware. Yes they're nice enough and it seems like they're doing a GREAT job, except how do you know they're doing a great job? You DON'T KNOW, UNTIL until years later when you're trying to do something that should have been taken care of during probate and WAS NOT because they took the lazy/easy way out and didn't get proper bank documents issued as they should have.
