I called the shop about a bike Pivot was blowing out(Mach 6). Spoke to David who had the owner Jeff call me back. He agreed to get one in for me and called me as soon as it arrived. I picked it up a few days later and there was an issue with the seatpost that Jeff immediately resolved for me. I can't say enough great things about Jeff and his shop.
This place is an amazing, old school, bike shop with kick a$$ stuff. Jeff, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge, easy to deal with and just a good guy. I was focused on a full suspension mountain bike and he found the right one for me. They also had a great selection of gravel bikes and road and the accessories to go with. Definitely with the drive to work with them.
Great bike shop at Bent Creek's doorstep. I broke a shifter cable and stopped in and he had me up and running within the hour. Well equipped shop with very knowledgeable staff. Plenty of inventory and parts - tubes, tires, brakes on hand. I would go here again. Highly recommend.
Great service, knowledge staff, and reasonable prices. We stop here every year to rent bikes when we visit Asheville. Highly recommend!

Not only does it ride and look like new, but the entire exchange felt warm, professional, and surprisingly meaningful—with an impressively quick turnaround.
