I am very happy with Lowdown in slate, product was easy to assemble and once complete it is very solid. Looks great too, would purchase from them again. There was a little delay in shipping and once I contacted Mustard they were very quick to follow up, customer service is mostly not like that when purchasing on-line.
The pieces look really nice, but they’re either being ripped off by their suppliers in China or taking serious shortcuts. The hex key provided was smaller than the self tapping hex head screws, so after tightening a few screws the hex head was completely rounded and I had to go buy myself a set to finish assembly. Also, for $500+, you’d expect something a little more quality than self tapping hex head screws into thin box section. Surely you can afford to spend the extra $20 to have threaded inserts. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. Packed ‘bulletproof’ – arrived in perfect condition; not a dent or scratch anywhere. Built tough – seriously good quality, all the way down to the door handles and key tags. Incredibly simple to put together. Like, actually as easy as they say it will be. You don’t even need the second person. Beautiful – oh, the colours! I couldn’t be more happy with my mixer locker. It looks absolutely amazing and was so easy to assemble. The customer service provided by the mustard made team was exceptional and I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
