Quality, colourful and amazing products! We bought the shelves and a shorty. They look gorgeous. Lastly and most importantly, their customer service is INCREDIBLE!! I assembled the locker incorrectly, and I was replied to promptly and with a custom video helping me troubleshoot. In the age of awful AI robot replies to emails, this was super refreshing and helpful. Will be purchasing more from Mustard Made, absolutely no doubt. I love that it's an Aussie female owned company as well!
I am very happy with Lowdown in slate, product was easy to assemble and once complete it is very solid. Looks great too, would purchase from them again. There was a little delay in shipping and once I contacted Mustard they were very quick to follow up, customer service is mostly not like that when purchasing on-line.
The pieces look really nice, but they’re either being ripped off by their suppliers in China or taking serious shortcuts. The hex key provided was smaller than the self tapping hex head screws, so after tightening a few screws the hex head was completely rounded and I had to go buy myself a set to finish assembly. Also, for $500+, you’d expect something a little more quality than self tapping hex head screws into thin box section. Surely you can afford to spend the extra $20 to have threaded inserts.
