High end store with nice looking furniture. However, horrible shipping and delivery service. To deliver 4 bar stools (online order) to an address in Ottawa, they were going to charge me $150 (Structube, free for purchase over $200, and $65 for less than $200). I opted to pick up from store, where they said the item would be received in 7-10 business days. High end. Beautiful furniture
Lovely store, and the service is fine, but the wait times are ridiculous. I ordered a simple TV stand in January and was told it would arrive by March. I had to call the store to check the status (it's now end of March) and I'm being told it looks like we will not get the stand until April/May "due to overseas transport of your item." Reading the reviews of this company, I can see this is a common problem. They should provide customers with a more realistic ETA, or find more reliable suppliers.
