I started to take on the responsibilities of my mother's taxes as she became ill with Alzheimer's. It was initially fairly straightforward. Further into managing her finances, things became very complicated. Todd was sure to let nothing slip, asking all the correct questions that software does not ask. He completed the taxes quickly and completely for a reasonable price. It was a huge stress reliever for myself knowing that Todd was able to take some fairly complicated tax forms and make sense of them.
I called on a Saturday with a tax question that he throughly explained to me over the phone. He had patience and a heart of a teacher.
