I couldn't talk to anyone! You push a button for help like a creepy hotel. The main therapist was nice man but only had me do one exercise and it didn't help at all because this is round two. I'm going somewhere else for round two!! Don't waste your time people...

Very disappointed in the Roscommon P/T office. From the very first point of registration the receptionist was rude and argumentative. I asked for verification that all my treatment plan/ visits were covered by my insurance plan. They assured me they had everything checked and all would be covered. That was not true I was billed FIVE months later for payment. The 5 month delay made it impossible to file a 90 day limit adjustment in charges. BCBS also called them to ask for a 90 hold until my claim went through an appeal proce... read more
