Unfortunately, it's a charity, but its rules are strict. I checked on Google and it says it's open until [time], but when I arrived, they told me I was a little late and wouldn't give me my food ration. They justified their decision by saying they had turned away someone else who was also a little late. I told them I have health problems with myself and my family, but they didn't understand. It's very, very sad.
