I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated here. I came during a difficult time in my life, expecting basic الإنسانية and respect, but instead I was met with rudeness and unnecessary attitude. I was just 10 minutes late, and instead of understanding or professionalism, a staff member spoke to me in a very insulting and disrespectful way.
