An exceptional way to experience the autumn foliage of Lake Muskoka. The 2.5-hour excursion is perfectly timed, and both the vessel and wharf are impeccably maintained. The staff is welcoming, and the guide provides deep, fascinating insights into the history of the lake and the surrounding area.

ハイティークルーズに参加しました。料理はとても美味しく紅茶も美味しかったです。スタッフの対応も良かったです。⭐︎2にしたのは、座席の場所が悪かったからです。私以外のグループは全ての人が窓際の席に配置され、湖の景色を楽しめていました。船内の席は空いており、窓際に座っていないのは私だけでした。4ヶ月前に予約していたにも関わらず、同じ値段で湖の景色が楽しめず残念でした。席が窓際になるという確約はもちろんありませんでした。しかし、クルーズ日の朝に予約ページを確認したところ、ハイティークルーズは予約できなくなっていました。ということは、私より後から予約した人を予約できないようにし、私を窓際に座らせるべきではないでしょうか。クルーズに乗らずに、同じメニューが楽しめるカフェ(料理の提供元)に行けば良かったと後悔しています。

Super rude staff. Older lady working the counter had a major attitude problem. Would avoid this place at all costs, terrible customer service ruins the entire experience.

We took the last cruise of the season. The veiws were stellar, and the guide telling the stories and what we were seeing was very knowledgeable, with a food sense of humor. I would highly suggest taking this outting if your in the area

You don’t want to miss this ship, view is world- level. Ship is clean, steady,-always on time, need booking in advance.
