I was at Muskoka shores in rehab, I had a stroke I was there for three months. The staff were excellent very caring. If I need care again I would go there.
Our mom Barbara just finished three months at Muskoka Shores on the 1st floor, north wing in the physiotherapy program due to a bad ankle break back in the Spring. While the facility might lack in modern features it more than makes up for with the kind hearted staff, the fun constantly changing theme decorations for special events; one definitely cannot judge a book by it's cover. This place is disgusting, my young children clean better than these people! You should be CLEANING EACH ROOM EVERYDAY!! PLUS BATH THE RESIDENTS!!! Disgusting place! You people are there to care for our elders!!! This place must DO SO MUCH BETTER FOR OUR ELDERS THAT WE LOVE!! Your job is to care for our elders that need it!!!
