I had my first shopping experience at Muskoka Living and the customer service was exceptional. Natalie, the manager, was kind enough to contact me when a bed I had inquired about was back in stock, and was extremely helpful in assisting with pick-up, even going so far as to measure the bed for us. I’ve recently moved to the area and have purchased many pieces with Natalie the manager. She has been absolutely amazing, flexible and easy to deal with. I look weekly to see what else I can buy. Lol The quality of the furniture is unbeatable.
My husband and I have purchased many things from Muskoka living over the years..couches, bedding, etc. We come over from Bayfield inlet in Georgian bay to buy from them but this time we came and the female red haired “ manager” was so rude to us that I felt that I’d probably never come back again! I looked at us wondering if there was something wrong with the way we looked and decidedly there definitely wasn’t. .
