We walked into the store and an employee immediately walked over and said, ‘Don’t let your children sit on any of the furniture. Everything is sold.’ One of our children was in a stroller and the other was holding our hand. After that interaction, we weren’t prepared to spend thousands of dollars at a store that doesn’t know how to treat their customers.
Not impressed with all the pale,expensive furniture...no colour anywhere and the prices were ridiculous
I don’t write bad reviews unless I’m really upset. This review is a fair warning to prospective customers. I’ve never in my life experienced such a lack of regard for customer satisfaction from any company - let alone a very high-end furniture store. We had a dining table custom-made for a client by Muskoka Living - and it's been one problem after another.
