I cannot say enough about the care and compassion that the staff and management at Muskoka Landing provide to their residents. My brother is a resident here, and as his primary caregiver I am at the home almost every day. I have had the privilege of seeing, first-hand, how consistently and genuinely the staff go above and beyond to ensure residents receive the care, dignity, respect, and even affection they deserve. Warm welcoming staff, starting with Tammy.
I find all staff members from nursing, PSW's and even the cleaning staff have the utmost respect for the residents and visitors at Muskoka Landing, they aways talk to residents like they are family, I give Muskoka Landing a big thumbs up
