Incredible service, staff and shop! *Needed Repairs while Traveling* Was extremely impressed how quickly they were able to look at my bike as well as getting it back up and going on the trails without me having to rearrange my travel plans! Highly recommend! Will definitely come back if ever in the area and need repairs! Thanks again !
I'm in town for a few days and realised that I needed some work on my road bike. I wasn't expecting anyone to be able to accomodate my quick turnaround but the team at MBPS were incredible. They slotted me in ASAP and not only fixed my existing issues, they found a few other problems and had me sorted in no time. They REALLY know their stuff, they're incredibly kind, and it was just such a pleasure chatting about bikes with them. I'm grateful to have come across them and am stoked to go back. Thank you!!!!!
Dale saved the day!! I was participating in the Muskoka Ironman 70.3 and at 10PM the day before the event I realized I forgot my shoes. Messaged the shop on Instagram, he called me back right away and opened the store at 6AM the day of the event so that I could buy a pair of shoes. Sooo many thanks!
Dale and his staff have great energy, and dedication. They greet you with a smile, and lots of patience! One can tell that they enjoy their jobs and helping people enjoy their cycling experience.
