My first experience with Muskoka Bicycle Pro Shop couldn’t have been better, an absolute positive experience from start to finish. Dale, his family, and the entire team really went above and beyond to ensure this. I can’t recommend them more!
This bike shop is extremely reliable, friendly and full of awesome inventory. Better than most bicycle shoos I have seen in the city. Great spot for service, better for purchases because they have SO MUCH GREAT GEAR!
Dale and team are extremely knowledgeable, patient and accomodating. I was in the market for a mountain bike unsure of which bike to chose. Dale was great to offer me 2 different bikes to try. Took me awhile to decide and during this whole process Dale was very patient and never made me feel I was being a nuissance. After my purchase, one of Dales crew came with me to ride and make adjustments in my suspension. They are a great support even after the purchase. Dale and co. Are amazing! Brought in a very old racing bike with a warped rim and worn out rear derailer (not an easy thing to replace for a 30+ year old cog). . They replaced the derailer with an on-hand used one, trued the tire and charged a rediculously low price. Too embarrassing to state here. This shop rocks ! I highly recommend based on my experience.
