We were there to visit my Step Son on a Saturday. From the start it wasn't a good experience to say the least. We rang the buzzer 3 times to get in. I tried to call them too. No answer. There wasn't an answer until the Mail Man showed up. Then when we went thru the doors the alarm went off. As we entered we finally found 1 person working, which told us what room my Step Son was in. I just put my wife in the facility today not satisfied at all has no closet cloths will have to be put in containers TV has no remote control remote control and is clear across the room probleremote
Most of my grandma's stuff is in other people's rooms and she has bruises from not being moved from her bed and whatnot.
Well I been here 11 days now and will be till the 13th of May and the people are really caring and friendly. It's not bad here at all
