This is an awful place to send your children. I worked here from the beginning of 2024-2025 in the infant room and the things that went down were crazy. Management does not care about allegations of abuse whatsoever and they leave employees feeling overwhelmed with no sort of assistance. They have an infant teacher still working there who was reported to the state for abuse. If you want your child to be in a safe and nurturing environment I promise you this is not it.

Yes, the rates are definitely on the higher end—but after pulling my child out of a godforsaken hellhole of a daycare on the other side of town, KinderCare has been a breath of fresh air. The staff here actually seem to care, communicate clearly, and treat the kids like human beings (not tiny inmates). My child is happier, calmer, and finally getting the kind of attention and structure they need. It’s still pricey, but at least here I’m paying for actual care—not empty promises and neglect disguised as a “program.

4-month infant started in September 2024, very disappointed with service and quality, seems to be a management issue. Staff that were consistent (Kenzie and Bella) were great teachers, the randoms were not great and would attest the problems to being with management. 1. Weren’t ready for us on day one, we did not know what to bring or what to do, and no space for baby when we got there. My kids absolutely enjoy the Muskego Kindercare. The teachers are amazing and really create a fun, inclusive environment. The facility is great as well and includes an indoor gym. On more than one occasion, my son has asked if I could go back to work so he could play in the gym longer.

We are very happy with Muskego KC! Clean facility with friendly and caring staff. As a bonus to the daily learning, the different activities planned are so great. Like a magic show, or visits from a zoo keeper. So fun to see the pictures thru the day as well!
