We has our wedding at Athol Hall in Mosman, and as part of the venue package our DJ was provided by Musiq Entertainment. Marcello was assigned to our wedding about a week beforehand and called us to go through our music preferences and any special requests in detail. We could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding!!! Rupert and the team’s communication from day 1 was so clear, consistent and helpful, and they always responded to our emails promptly, making us feel confident that they had everything under control. Thought the DJ was going to be a source of stress on the night. Boy was I wrong. Gustavo was amazing, being able to organise everything with the MC and the night went smooth. We aren't a dancing family, but the dance floor was much busier than anticipated. Thanks to Gustavo and Musiq ent for setting it all up and making our night super easy.
We had our wedding at the Surf Deck in Collaroy and Gustavo was our DJ — he was absolutely brilliant. He mixed our Irish and Colombian cultures perfectly, which meant a lot to us and kept everyone on the dance floor all night. He read the crowd so well and created an amazing atmosphere. A big thanks as well to Rupert, who organised everything seamlessly. Couldn’t recommend them enough — they made the night!
Justin was absolutely amazing. He followed our playlists, but also played other songs that fit the vibe. He read the room and kept a genre going that people were enjoying, and he knew when to change the vibe or move on. After the bouquet toss, the dance floor died but Justin brought it back to life very quickly. The transitions between English, French and Slovenian music was great.
