I see lot of good reviews here but in reality I am having bad experience. Its basic courtesy to respond/communicate to the client on the filings. We will not get timely response from them and no proper communication. My petition was supposed to be filed as premium process and they filed it in normal process and top of it they never answer to my phone calls. Better to avoid these guys..
